Decent place with adequate amenities; problem trying to contact host; wifi room 202 not working

It's a connecting rooms; hence, both rooms have the same amenities and facilities: washing machines, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The room is on the second floor, so it's not too difficult to carry luggage to go up (as there's no elevator). Room also provides laundry detergent if you need to wash clothes. The house is located in a quaint area which makes you feel like living in a real urban japan vibe, though it's quite a walk (12-15mins) from the station (Honancho)

− The host is uncontactable. He/she will send you the details of instruction of how to get to the house (probably from the template), then he/she will not respond to any of your texts. The link provided to register 'guest' in the message is no longer working. Do note as it's connecting rooms, there're 2 sets of key; and sometimes, the key is swapped in the boxes. For instance, key for 202 is put in box for room 201. So if you've problem opening the door, you can try to open the opposite room (there's no label on the key itself). For the door, there're 2 locks on top and bottom of handles; need to unlock both to open the doors. Wifi: room 202 wifi is not working, contacted host but he/she never responded.

− Khi tôi nhận phòng thì phòng chưa được dọn dẹp. Khăn trải giường bẩn. Rác của người trước vẫn còn. Hoàn toàn không được dọn trước khi tôi nhận phòng. Mặc dù tôi được hoàn tiền nhưng tôi phải đi tìm phòng khác. Hai lần tiền taxi và giá chênh lệch do tìm phòng gấp. Thật là trải nghiệm tồi tệ nhất từ khi tới Nhật.
