駅近で便利でしたが、目的地には結局大井町駅まで歩いた方が便利だったので、駅近の良さは感じませんでした。笑 一人で滞在するには十分な広さで、よかったです！ あとは、入室方法について、電話にすぐ出てくださり解消できたのでよかったです。

− 大きい道路沿いにあったので、車通りが激しく窓が閉まってても結構うるさかったです。

駅近すぎました！ 広い。 床も綺麗だし、お掃除して、整頓されている。 アパートスタイルなので、洗濯機、レンジ、バスタブ、トイレ、食器、タオル、アメニティなどすべて揃ってます。

− 普通電車しか止まらない住宅街の街なので、駅裏のため、お店（歩いて5分くらいに、コンビニ）はあまりないです。駅ニファミレスやマックもありますよ。朝は便利。駅反対に行ったほうが飲食店あるかもです。寝るだけなので、私は気にしませんが。 アパートメントなので、 受付の方はいないため、 鍵は自分で開けるスタイルなので、 旅慣れないかたや、年配の方には戸惑うとおもいます。 唯一、冷凍庫だけが汚れ気になったかも。冷蔵庫はとても綺麗にされてたので。

I stayed in room 201, which was quite spacious, it could easily accommodate three people, each with two suitcases. We chose this place because it’s right in front of Samezu Station, where you can conveniently take the Keikyū Main Line and reach Haneda Airport in about 25 minutes. There’s also a FamilyMart extremely close by, which was a big plus. The room had all the essentials: free wi-fi, a decent-sized bathtub, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, and soap. It was also equipped with a good washing machine and an A/C + dryer in the bathroom, which quickly dried wet clothes. The staff was super friendly, responded promptly to my messages, and the room was spotlessly clean. I hope this place will be available for all my future yearly trips to Japan! I was really satisfied with my stay.
