− 少しの物音ですぐ電話やメールがあり、近隣の方から連絡があり静かにと言われましたが普通の会話程度で騒がしくしていません。 近隣の方が相当過敏なんだと思います。 また、宿の方から何度も連絡がありとても不快でした。 仕事での利用だったため、夜の帰宅となった後、まさかの夜中の11:30に宿の方が来られました。 考えられません。普通の利用する方は絶対に利用しないことをお勧めします。周りの住人の方もちょっとの物音で通報しているようですので、ここは貸さないほうがお互いのためではないでしょうか。次の利用はありません。
I would stay here every time I am in Tokyo!
10.0The property is conveniently a 5-minute walk to the station and next to that is a grocery store where you can get everything you desire. The accommodation was so comfortable and we stated with a 4 and a 5-year old. There was also a washer, which was awesome. It did not wash the best but it did the job.
− The only issue were the towels. There was a few strands of hairs in two towels an one had what seemed like a few pieces of short hair from someone shaving their beard. I think this has to do with the washer not being as powerful. Other than that, the stay was awesome. We would stay here each and every time!

10.0東京駅やディズニーへのアクセスが良いです。 この立地でこの価格はありがたかったです。 9人で利用しましたが、トイレが2つありとても助かりました。
− 階段の角度が急なので1人で大荷物だと運び入れるのが大変かもしれません。利用時は数人で協力して運び入れたので問題ありませんでした。
