9.0設備應有盡有，且距離地鐵站不遠，交通便利，附近還有24小時超市，晚上22點後不怕肚子餓。有問題時，服務人員都能盡量幫你處理，非常不錯的一次體驗。
− 樓梯的空間較小，若有攜帶大行李箱時上下樓梯較不方便，需小心碰撞。

4.0洗濯機や電子レンジが使えるのは長期滞在者には良いと思う。
− 床に〈掛布団のような敷布団〉１枚だけなのは寝心地が良いとは言えないです。 JRの電車が近くを通過する音が夜遅くまで聞こえました。 〈通常のホテルではない〉という認識が宿泊者側に欠けていたのは反省します。 〈エントランスドアの開け方〉がよく分からなかったのでメッセージで質問したのに対し、多方面から同じような回答が多数届いたのにもびっくり。結局たまたま出てきた人に尋ねることができたので無事ビル内に入ることができました。 近くにはコンビニが無く、錦糸町駅の方まで買い出しに行く必要があります。
