− Las camas un poco duras pero en general muy bien
Insistencia para fianza pero no para resolver problemas de colchón
3.0− El apartamento se ofrecía con 2 sofás cama, sin embargo uno de ellos no tenía colchón y se informó al anfitrión de que se dormía contra el somier. Dijo que lo miraría y nunca más nos informó. Pero para solicitar la fianza, sí que insistió... Tras terminar la estancia se volvió a reclamar lo del sofá cama sin colchón y la respuesta fue que se ofrece un sofá cama, no un colchón... Además, para la devolución de la fianza, tuvimos que solicitarla varias veces. También me informó a las 00:30h que la batería de la cerradura se estaba agotando y que teníamos que cargarla, algo que considero deben hacer ellos antes de que los huéspedes entren.

− It has been requested deposit of 350euros (stay Feb16-20), which i have paid and still (May.04) did not get it back. 100 promises, blaming transfers banks/accounts within EU (which should not be the case) and so on. Already asked booking.com to support to return deposit. Still nothing. Next step will be to inform responsible institutions. update: still did not receive my Deposit back - even after Booking.com contacted property.
