Decent value for the money, but old outdated apartment.!
5.0It is in a good location, not far from Shinjuku Station, and a convenience store at the corner. It’s a place for the price.
− It is an older, rather outdated apartment with creaky floors. We kept hitting our head on the very low hanging ceiling lamp. The bedding was a polyester material , and the pillows were not comfortable. There is a window between the bedroom and living room, so all guests can still hear each other at night.
The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. Staying in Shinjuku made everything very convenient — restau

7.0Cozy authentic apartment, tucked away in a shinjuku alley. The balcony really elevates the space.
− Some stains on the carpet, and overall not the “cleanest” space. Many rules (noise, etc.) for a space that has a lot of sound bleed and wasn’t the nicest.
Excellent experience staying!
