7.0Relatively cheap, well organized, quiet.
− Its a bit out of the way, about 10 mins to the next bus or local train, and 20 minutes to a larger station (Shinjuku). Theres also no food, grocery store or anything really near by.

− Not exactly the same looking as the photos, and sometimes a bit noisy but it was alright.

− Very bad futon to sleep on floor. Too thin and no space in room to put it. They not say you can sleep floor, it is not true. If you are looking for a space for 3 people, please find another place. Futon also soo thin, not good for sleeping at all. We did complain, but no solution was given. The place is not centric

10.0It was a great size for two people. Having the kitchenette was helpful! It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the train station.
− The top row of the fridge was so cold that our food would freeze.
Perfect location for solo travelers in Shinjuku
10.0The property has a perfect location, walking distance from Shinjuku, but far enough from the hustle and it has a local vibe. The check in and check out were smooth, everything very easy. Highly recommend!
− The kitchen could have more utensils, such as a bigger knife and plates.
