9.0Las instalaciones son estupendas, todo nuevo y muy limpio, con todo lo necesario (cocina equipada, nevera, lavadora, aire acondicionado, terraza con tendedero, etc.). El proceso de auto check in es muy sencillo y el personal está siempre atento para todo, algo que se agradece. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila lejos del bullicio de Tokio. Sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí cuando regrese a Japón.
− Por poner alguna pega, los trayectos hacia cualquier punto turístico se hacen más largos y a menudo hay que hacer algún transbordo, pero compensa por todo lo demás.

Sumida Bell flats was a nice place, large unit, clean and everything you need...minus a TV.
7.0We encountered an issue with the hot water but I was able to connect with someone pretty quickly and the "gas man" was over in no time. Larger than average living space separate from the kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Would recommend if you just need the bed, or can access a futon/tatami mat.
− First of all, I googled "Easy access to Skytree..." which is what the listing is called. THAT'S NOT THE LOCATION!! I learned that the hard way in the pouring rain. The unit is called Sumida Bell Flats! The "sofa bed" was not very adequate as a bed. It was 2 separate pieces and an adult could not sleep on it comfortably with out it pulling apart, and the firm edges where the pieces meet. Also no TV, I guess I missed that in the listing.
