9.0The flat was amazing and furnished for all our needs. Location was perfect as within walking distance to everything we wanted to, as well as being within a quiet alley. Only had to take the train to Retiro park as everywhere else is accessible. House has air-conditioning everywhere which is good for all seasons as you are able to cool or warm the house. Bedrooms are spacious with spaces to hang clothes and bathrooms are equipped with hairdressers There was a large dining area large enough for our family of 9 to cook and dine together. The kitchen was reasonably stocked and there are many grocery shops nearby to stock up on everything else. Host was always communicative throughout. We had
− The place was advertised as 5 bedrooms it was more like 4.5 bedrooms as the 5th bedroom was a makeshift from a walk in closet and can't be accessed without going through the 4th bedroom The hot water reserves seem to be quite small so if you had to shower back to back, the water might not be hot enough. We had to wait 10 mins right after someone finishes to wait for the hot water to recharge.
Value for money, very clean and suitable for big families.
