8.0− The way of ignoring after checking out. They were not ready to keep our bags at least downstairs as well. Overall Location and Property was good but the cooperation from the caretaker was not great at all.

10.0El alojamiento es muy amplio, estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo, tanto en la cocina como en los baños.
− El ruido de la calle si duermes en las habitaciones que dan a Gran Vía, hay 3 interiores y ahí se duerme bien.

9.0The location is the best close to everything and walking distance to landmark , shopping, supermarkets and restaurants. Fully furnished and utensils.
− Just the noise from street is really loud and it disturbs while sleeping. Recommended to wear ear plugs.
