Great location and very clean
8.0Great location 2 minutes to the train line.Shops & restaurants close by very clean great communication with the host.
− The lounge is extremely uncomfortable. Need bigger towels,the bed in the single room was uncomfortable but the rest of the beds were good. Could have a dryer in the appartment & have a cupboard for food storage.

7.0The location of the property is very convenient with everything is close by:Hatsudai train station, bus station, shops and even the convenience store. The staff is very friendly and is always there to assist our inquiries.
− We were a family of 8, with 3 couples. Only one bedroom has a door while the other beds has no door, therefore lack of privacy.

9.0The property was in a great location near station and quick bus to Shibuya right outside, very clean and modern.
A cozy stay in a convenient location, with minor drawbacks.
7.0- Accommodated our group of nine well, though space to walk around felt tight with all of our large suitcases. - Responsive and informative host. Provided clear communication on where to collect the keys. - Thoughtfully provided toiletries (including towels, toothbrushes, shower essentials) and slippers. The kitchen was also fully equipped, though we didn’t end up using it. - Great location. Hatsundai Station was around the corner, with plenty of dining options (e.g. CoCo Ichiban-ya, KFC, McDonald's) and convenience stores (FamilyMart and 7-Eleven) closeby! - Air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us cool and comfortable overnight despite the 30°C summer heat. It was a little warm when returning in the evening, as we couldn’t leave the AC on, but it wasn’t a big issue.
− - Water pressure was quite weak, so showers took a bit longer. - The Wi-Fi worked intermittently, which may have been due to the number of people in our group using it. Relied mostly on eSims for internet, though signal strength varied.
