− チェックイン時、ホテル前に工事車両が停まっており、ホテルまで行けなかった。その為連絡したが対応が遅かった。事前に近隣でこうじアーリーチェックインも13時以降なら無料とあったが、実際連絡すると別料金がかかると連絡があった。直接電話連絡をしたくカスタマーセンターに電話をかけてもコール音すらせず繋がらない。 ホテルのドアも立て付けが悪く、開閉時にドアが開かず困った。

− エアコンのリモコンが作動しなかったため、冷房ガンガンの中で過ごすことになった。ただ、問い合わせに対しての対応は素晴らしかった。

I did not have breakfast included with this stay. The property is in a perfect Shinjuku location and offers the rare, highly convenient benefit of a free on-site parking spot. The host provided exceptionally clear, helpful check-in and check-out instructions with a secure access code, making the entry seamless. The room itself was much larger than expected for Tokyo, comfortably accommodating two full beds and a well-designed combined kitchen and dining area. Having a microwave, refrigerator, and sink made the stay very practical, and the host's complimentary snacks and bottled water were a welcoming touch. As is typical for central Tokyo accommodations, the shower and bathroom layout was quite compact. The room requires one flight of stairs to access, though this was expected and noted at the time of booking.

− The only notable drawback to comfort was a very strong, bright glow emanating from the emergency exit sign inside the room, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

il gestore è stato molto gentile e ha risposto subito a qualsiasi domanda facessi, la camera era accogliente e ben fornita. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che in bagno ci fossero shampoo e balsamo e persino face wash!! davvero un bel post, comodo per due persone e soprattutto in una posizione comodissima (a soli 30 min a piedi da Shinjuku)

− se proprio devo dire cosa non mi è piaciuto, è il fatto che la finestra della cucina non ha una tenda e quindi entrava molta luce dopo l'alba.
