民宿後方是一座管理良好的墓園
10.0地理位置相當方便，步行至巢鴨地鐵站約5分鐘，至巢鴨商店街更是只需要3分鐘的距離出巷子過個馬路就到了。
− 起初找不到浴室熱水器操作面板，原來是在靠近冰箱的附近
雖然這次沒住到2間臥室，但也玩到很盡興，房東回覆訊息很快速
8.0地點離車站很近，附近還有巢鴨商店街可以逛，生活機能很好。
− 訂房網站的房型選擇不夠明確，原本訂豪華房型2間房間4人入住，但實際是一間房間三張床，入住6人，溝通過後還是接受三張床的房型，希望網站選擇房型時能再明確一點，避免造成這次的情形再次發生。

Lovely Japanese Home: in a calm neighbourhood,
9.0I love the location. It's nearby the station, so it's super easy to travel around. Sugamo is a calm neighbourhod, it's not crowded, however there are lots of shops and eating places around. I can experience japan more, especially from the local people's life style. The home is also clean & lovely. It has Japanese vibe. It's clean and has complete facilities. The host responded fast to our question & need, really nice and helpful. I and my family really have a good sleep at night, after a very long & tiring day around the city. I can even perform simple cooking and also wash my clothes.
− One thing only, how the home is on the 4t floor. So it"s quite challenging to take big luggage up and down.
