地點尚可，雖離地鐵站有一小段路，但旁邊有超商很棒！
5.0家庭式的房間很棒，洗衣機、冰箱、餐具都有。
− 洗衣機可能比較舊，脫水功能不好，洗好的衣服都還可以擠出水來🥲
近隣の宿泊施設だったら値段が控えめなのでコスト重視ならおすすめです。
5.0巣鴨駅から徒歩10分ほど 施設から歩いて3分くらいの場所にローソンがあります
− 私が宿泊した時は隣から音が丸聞こえでうるさかったです。 アパートホテルなので多少の理解は必要かもしれません

8.0外観は古いアパートでしたが、部屋は綺麗でした。
− ・洗濯機の脱水機能が壊れてて仕上がりがビショビショでした… ・ベランダが窓枠外れてたり、全く掃除が行き届いてませんでした。
