ロケーションは良かったが、不便な点が多かった。

− テレビが新しくなったのは良いがアンテナが設置されておらず見れなかった。またWi-Fiも3日弱使えず何もできなかった。エアコンの送風口が壊れていて枕元に直接風が来る感じになるため逆向きに寝る必要があった。

9.0Host is so nice and quick respond. Near by train station and surrounding with convenience store with a peaceful neighborhood.
− The nuts on the bed are loose, making it feel uncomfortable when climb up.
Great for independent tourists. Perfect base for longer stays.
9.0Easy communication. Note: there might be some issues with Booking's inbox system, so be patient and try re-sending your emails. Loved the location: both really convenient for tourists (close to Heiwajima train station, short ride to Shinagawa and from there the whole Tokyo is at hands) and quiet to live like the locals (Ota-ku is a lovely suburb, nice park next door, loads of cultural stuff if you go west-ward). Also close to Haneda (without aircraft noise). Nice little apartment, typical Japanese size, everything you need is there (little fridge, laundry, drying system - didn't use the cooker, plenty of Kombini around, stick vacuum for longer stays), WIFI works perfectly, aircon was definitively a plus during this hot summer :)
− Not something I didn't like per se, but as in most Japanese places, walls are thin, so watch your noise levels for the neighbours. That said, even in hotels, they're really quiet. Just adapt and embrace the cultural change.
