10.0Localização excelente, sem dúvida o ponto mais forte da hospedagem. É possível ir a pé a vários locais de interesse, o que facilita muito a estadia. O espaço estava limpo e a construção parece ter passado por reforma recente, oferecendo boa estrutura e conforto. No geral, foi uma boa experiência, especialmente pela localização privilegiada.
− Como ponto a melhorar, destaco o processo de check-in: o cadastro é bastante extenso, e o aplicativo/site poderia ser mais simples, sucinto e com uma interface mais amigável para estrangeiros.

Cozy Flat in Madrid
7.0There was a good communication with the host. The apartment had the basic kitchenware and appliances. The double bed was confortable and the location was central.
− There was no window for natural light. It can use a few more plates/ kitchen utensils. The room was smaller than we expected but overall we were happy with the accomodation.
The location is the best part of this accommodations. Although I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it, I would say
6.0The location is absolutely fantastic. It is walkable to many bars and restaurants. It’s also located in a beautiful and friendly neighbourhood. The place was tidy and suited our needs as a couple. The A/C was nice to come home to after hot Spain weather.
− I was going back and forth, between WhatsApp and booking.com. Would have liked more concise communication -Would also recommend stating all fees in the house policies as it currently isn’t and we were asked to pay a late check in fee after being checked in, even though all the policy says is to request a late check in (which we did) -Would also recommend a more deep clean. The place is tidy, but you can notice mug stains, dirty walls, and dirt in the corners
