− La cama tiene muchos muelles que molestan al dormir aparte es muy pequeña la habitación y hace bastante frío en la parte de abajo.

5.0Good location with shops nearby. Close to station.
− Cramped, no room to store cases, very steep stairs inside, really difficult to open the front door with key, noisy, there is no kitchen apart from a microwave & no plates for food. It's basic. We were a party of 3. 4 would be too many.
It was cosy enough with the location being worth any sacrifice in comfort.
8.0Location was excellent. Just near Otsuka station but hardly any noise from the trains. Road outside a bit noisy, but otherwise fine. Close to shops and some vending machines.
− The downstairs bed was a bit hard and the door was quite fiddly to get in. Never used the amenities but the shower and toilet were fine.

9.0Très bon emplacement permettant de rayonner facilement dans les différents quartiers de Tokyo en transport. Beaucoup de commerces de proximité. Logement propre et conforme à la description.
− Nous étions 4 : 2 adultes et 2 ados. Un peu à l'étroit, il manquait un peu de place pour ouvrir nos grosses valises pour récupérer nos affaires.

− シャワールームだけは辛い ミニキッチンが欲しい トイレ前の手洗い場にタオルハンガーが付いていない 昔の二軒長屋のリノベーションで階段が狭くて急、年寄りには上り下りが大変
