床舖真的蠻多所以不會睡得很擁擠

− 2樓洗手台的排水孔感覺有一點堵住就沒有很通順，雖然水還是會流得掉，但感覺就很慢都會覺得是不是堵塞。 然後床下有灰塵跟頭髮，所以應該是前次住宿，旅館方面清潔打掃沒有打掃得很乾淨，但走路的地方是很乾淨沒錯就是床鋪下來有點點不是很乾淨

Location is great. Close to train station and there's nearby mall , grocery and laundry. Host is very responsive to our questions and we didn't had any issue communicating with them. The house is clean and have enough beds .

− Open bedroom downstairs and dining area too small for our group of 9. The bathroom upstairs lacks privacy while the bedroom downstairs is open.

There was sufficient beds for our family of 5 - the 2 bathrooms/showers helped to deconflict bath time. Fridge with a freezer, microwave and toaster oven help to open options besides eating out. A 8 min walk from Kameido and there on to the major areas of Tokyo. A 3min walk to Kameidosuijin for airport pickups.

− The one appliance that could have made things easier was a dryer especially in the winter. Do note that one of the ‘bedrooms’ is adjacent to the kitchenette and is without a door so privacy may be an issue. Also the 3 rooms upstairs are accessed via a door at the top of the stairs but there are no other doors separating the sleeping areas so one would have to be ok with that. Finally thought that while it is a typical Japanese home where space is at a premium, perhaps hooks outside the bathrooms or bedrooms would help with managing clothes.

Accessible to shopping center and train station. A lot of restaurants nearby serving good food at reasonable price. The facilities were complete.

− Dining area was limited in space for our group. There were only 3 chairs . There was no cabinet to hang up our clothes and there was no curtain to lend privacy for the sleeping area on the first floor.

Great value for money

Entire house on 3 floors, comfortable sleeping for 9 of us, close to 2 train stations, convenience store just behind the corner, all clean, AC and washing machine helped in the hot summer. Definitely recommended

− Just a minor thing - a lot of standard instructions shared via booking only in Japanese, not available in English - this could save some time to provide directly in English :)
