9.0整體來說，性價比蠻高的
− 客廳活動空間與梯間比看照片預期的小，浴室跟廁所都只有一間，超過2人以上其實會有點困擾。另外訂房時看設備有烘衣，但其實機器只能提供略微風乾20%左右，而且烘衣功能不能單獨使用，似乎是要洗衣前就要設定好，最後放棄，好險夏天去日本，曬衣服倒是可以很快乾。還有中間有問過廚餘處理問題，但並未作任何回覆，怕它發臭，只好統一收納在個袋子，再將它冰在冰箱裡。這邊建議，對住房時間較長的旅客，難免會有廚餘問題，先告知清楚會比較好。因為我們是想好好配合這邊，但並未收到回覆，希望沒做錯。

− 沒什麼可以挑剔的。如果硬要說的話應該是廚房沒有一些烹煮的沙拉油、煮火鍋的鍋子
Comfy and convenient.
10.0It was very near the Kanamecho Station and convenience stores and restaurants. The house itself looked, smelled, felt pretty new and well kept. It looks really nice inside. We were 8 people, only some of us had carry on baggage so we fit okay. theres 3 rooms, 2 can sleep 2 and the other one could sleep 4. They provided clean towels, toothbrushes, and the works.
− It didn't really matter much to us but just to mention, the toilet is a little small. Clean but a little small. I'm 5'7 and i struggled a little bit.
We were a family of 4 adults and 2 small children. The apartment was in a great area.
8.0Close to the trains and restaurants.
− Mattresses were very thin, it felt like we were sleeping on the ground. It would have great to have written instructions on where to put the rubbish and how to use washing machine and dishwasher.
