El dueño canceló antes de entrar y nos dejó esperando al sol.

− El propietario, alegando que había un problema con la abertura telemática de la puerta, anuló la reserva a último momento, a pesar de que habíamos mantenido contacto anteriormente sin ningún aviso de que esto podría pasar. Mi familia y yo estuvimos esperando en la calle al sol, hasta que la asistencia al cliente de Booking nos recomendó otro lugar cercano, pero más caro que el que estaba reservado, a las 17h00, o sea, 2 horas más tarde de las 15h00, hora oficial del check in. No es fiable. No recomendable.

beds were comfy and the apartment was very clean. Sheets and towels were provided, cutlery and plates as well. very close to the metro and bus stops, many supermarkets nearby. key collecting was very easy, it was not ready until check in time (3pm sharp). the street is very quiet at night.

− clearly they have a problem with damp patches. one of the bedrooms had a huge patch close to the bed, with the wall still humid. Below the sink of the kitchen there was a huge damp patch (with mold) and on the top left corner of the kitchen (near the ceiling) had mold as well. This can be very dangerous for your health. I have already reported it to the owners, and I hope they fix it as soon as possible. This caused a bad smell in the apartment. We stayed during heat wave so opening our windows was nearly impossible, so the smell was pretty strong whenever you were coming back to the apartment. I would also propose to include additional plates and mugs (only 4 of each were provided).

The communication with the host went well. The place had all you need to stay with one or two kids. Bedroom was cark enough to sleep during the day.

− The property is close to a school, so if you don't mind the kids playing and screaming, it's ok. There weren't clear instructions about where to leave garbage, we had a large bag that didn't fit the street regular bins, it would be great if the host add photos to where place it.
