terrible: smaller than images make it appear, not actually enough beds, the projector becomes unusable as soon as you move the table to make room for the pull out couch (that doesnt actually pull out), the netflix and even youtube didnt work, the aircon unit and fans did not even make a dent in the heat and humidity, the provided guide didnt help much in finding the apartment, we had to use google maps, the walk to the nearest station is quite long. I tried to get in touch with expedia regarding a refund based on false advertising, but as booking was non refundable they said there was nothing they could do. could not sleep even one night and we ended up booking a hotel and having to cover the full cost of both. DO NOT BOOK.

The host lacked communication and professionalism. The host stated there was 2 beds and a sofa bed and when arrived there was a sofa and one bed. He delayed our check in manual until 12 hours prior to check in at which he was unable to get in contact with by myself and the Expedia agents. Through the stay there were two separate occasions of his workers/cleaners showing up without being notified by the host. Overall not worth the headache, they should not be a host representing Expedia

The loft would get really warm and the person on the sofa who is directly under the A/C would get really cold. There was a fan that would push the air upwards, it helped a lil but we were still a lil toasty. There was a pocket WiFi that we were able to use while we were out venturing the city, so that was pretty useful. The bathtub water would flood the bathroom, you just have to clean the net that is near the drain, that was a bit tedious to do. I’d recommend a tub strainer. I liked Naka-Meguro, just one train to all the busy areas of Tokyo- Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku and Ikebukuro. Overall, we were satisfied with the unit.
