8.0We liked location, Nespresso coffee machine, laundry machine, dishwasher.
− It is a bit noisy (single glas windows). The sofa was too stiff and wavy -- sub comfortable. The bed was too soft like a hammock. The 3 kitchen chairs were not enough for 4 people :)

− - Urge cambiar el colchón , te hundes y es imposible descansar, tuvimos que usar el sofá cama -El desagüe de la ducha no traga bien agua y avisamos de la avería aunque no se arregló - Dado el precio del apartamento sería necesario una actualización de las ventanas, es de un aluminio muy viejo y no aísla (en días de viento es muy incomfo), habría que poner las ventanas con materiales más acordes al 2025 que permiten un mejor aislamiento
