− I’ve booked this place to stay with my family for 4 nights, it was awful. Those beds and the sofa sounded and felt broken in the middle, it was so uncomfortable. The towels smelled so bad, the same as the washing machine and the ofuro and the bathroom was clogged up since day 1. Everything was so dirty. My aunt tried to clean the table with a wet tissue and it came out black. It totally ruined our experience in Tokyo. Half of my family left after the first night, me and the rest of my family left a night earlier than booked. I think this place is a scam and the owner bought the reviews

− This hotel is an absolute fraud and a scam. DO NOT BOOK HERE. 1. We booked for 7 as the hotel said it could accommodate 7 people. The listing said there are 5 beds (inaccurate, there were TWO broken beds and one broken pull out couch) plus futons on the floor. Despite this, there were not enough beds and futons provided and even the sofa couldn’t be used as a sofa. 2. We contacted the property for extra futons and blankets but they said they wouldn’t provide them. (It was freezing at night, and the heater wasn’t strong enough in one of the rooms so we were left cold) 3. After one night, one of the beds, completely fell apart in the middle of the night while we were asleep and needed to move all the furniture at 2 am so we could put the mattress on the floor. 4. Upon further inspection we noticed the other bed was almost broken too and we weren’t able to sleep the rest of that night because we were terrified the other bed would also break. 5. All of the photos shown were stolen from another listing, because it looked nothing like this and even the floor plan is different so it’s not like the photos are old, they’re completely falsified. 6. After moving the broken bed we were made aware that there was a significant amount of mold in that entire bedroom and two of the guests ended up sick because of it and still Booking.com would not give us a full refund despite this. 7. Additionally, before we even checked in the owner sent a link to a scam website to steal our credit card information and they claim that it was an error but after the night we had and how much of a scam this place was it’s hard to believe this was a mistake. In short, this is a SCAM they basically stole our money and booking.com did NOTHING to protect us. They wouldn’t put us up in a different hotel, they wouldn’t refund us so some of us left to find our own accommodations.
