8.0Very good location, 5-8min to JR line Spacious room, bath, big fridge, kitchenette and washer, everything I need Easy, smooth check in
− A narrow, steep flight of stairs between the building's main entrance and the apartment. A bit challenging if you carry big luggage. It would be much better to have curtains for the dining room/ kitchen window which directly faces a traffic light. The flashing green light can be obtrusive at night and the sun a little disrupting to my sleep early in the morning. The washing machine drum needs some cleaning.

1.0− There is severe black mould especially in the bathroom. My best friend and I have been suffering from black mould poisoning since our stay.

the apartment is close to the JR station, a 7eleven and a supermarket…the vicinity is quiet and safe…essential amenities
