9.0The appartment has good WIFI and Climatisation, easy to use Washing Machine, All necessary is available. Host is responsive, helpful. Area is very calm day and night. Pictures of the appartment are true and like reality.
− Its not about the appartement, I just did not paid attention that the Train Stop next to the appartment is not part of Tokyo Metro (if you plan to use Tourist 24-48-72 Metro Ticket), you will need to buy Seibu line 1 stop conenction, cost 160 JPY each way (this is really nothing).

10.0The house is spacious and it's bigger than most houses you'll stay in Tokyo! A very kind host that goes above and beyond. Even helps us fix the broken toilet. We loved the tons of amenities and the washer dryer with enough laundry pods allows us to clean our clothes.
− The pillows could be improved as it's too soft but other than that no complaint! It might be a bit of a distance from the normal metros (it's one metro stop away from Ikebukuro atation) for some especially if you want to stay here. I recommend staying here longer so you don't have to lug your lugagges back and forth too often.
