− The cleaning fee. Exorbitant for 1 person for 1 night.

7.0There are 2 bedrooms so good amount of space. The wardrobe is spacious. The bed was clean. Desk nice and spacious.
− The toilet cabinet is very small, you can barely sit. The wifi does not work very well. Overall the forniture is a bit old and bathroom not so nice. The stairs to reach the flat also not very nice, dirty and narrow. Flip flops to stay in the house not provided.
Good place, close to center, all in all a recomendation
7.0Very spacious for a Tokyo apartment. Separate toilet and bathroom. Only 5 stations from Shibuya station and 2 from Shinjuku station. Nice neighborhood.
− WiFi was not that great. And the rooms its like they are made from styrofoam, we could hear the upstairs neighbors .
Overall a good stay for the price we paid.. but could’ve been better if the apartment had a little bit more tender lovin
6.0Great location … 7/11 3 min walk away and train station 8-10min walk away.. depending on your pace. My partner and I walk fast lol..
− Can’t really complain considering the price we paid compared to other places in the area.. I would say it is a very standard stay. The curtains had mould and the beds were a bit hard with tiny pillows.. we appreciated that there was a washing machine but there was no dryer and we visited in winter season.
