10.0We had a fantastic stay at this flat in Tokyo. The location was perfect - convenient, well-connected, and close to everything we needed, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The flat was exactly as described: clean, neat, and well-equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was flawless from start to finish. They were always prompt, clear, and helpful. Check-in was super easy and smooth, with clear instructions provided in advance. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again!

− ・入室の電子ロックが外れず、スタッフに連絡して別の解除方法を教えてもらうまで入室できなかった。 ・バルコニーの非常ハシゴの蓋がゴミ箱でふさがれている。

3.0Having a remote owner with a ton of instructions makes things easy just for the owner
− the room was freezing when I arrived. too many instructions more than going to the efficient. no commercial spirit for a "Check-in" 30 min earlier. the hot water works once out of two. the communication is horrible with the host. never again

1.0Host response time fast, close to subway.
− Check in process way too complicated, misleading photos (you only get one of the rooms listed, in no way could it host 3-6 people -- 1, uncomfortably 2 max.). No desk, chairs, or table. Would have rather stayed in a hotel for marginally more money. Took a few hours of back and forth to figure out how to turn on the light (the remote was low on battery so it didn't work unless holding it right next to the light). No curtain on shower so bathroom floor got soaked fast daily.
