10.0Location is fantastic, apartment is brilliant and impeccably clean. Staff were really polite and helpful.
− The only slight issue we had was that when we arrived c.9.30pm we were told there was a late check in charge. However, this had not been mentioned until this point and we had filled in the arrival details. This quickly got resolved and dropped but should be made a lot clearer if it is applicable.
It was just brilliant to have an apartment that could accommodate my whole family and to be central

Excellent property … but no elevator
10.0The property is very modern, clean and spacious with all the amenities. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower is awesome. The location is excellent, heart of the city.
− There was no elevator and the property was on the 3rd floor so we had to carry 12 pieces of luggage.

10.0This property checked all the boxes for us! Perfect location, while on a busy street the apartment was quiet. Great space, lots of bathrooms, bedrooms are big and comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. We had 9 people and we had plenty of space! The managers were easy to get a hold of and very communicative. Highly recommend!

− wifi was not working unfortunately. Also, we waited 40 minutes outside with our suitcases to pick up the keys.
Excellent location and clean apartment
10.0The location of the flat is excellent as it is very near to all the places to visit.
− It is situated at 3rd floor with no lift or elevator it is very hard to take luggage to the apartment and to bring them down. Although the owner do provided a person to carry our luggage to the apartment but while bring them down it is a task.
