Large and comfortable apartment in Lavapies/Latina area full of amenities and style
10.0The apartment is much bigger than we anticipated. The kitchen, laundry and living space were fully stocked. They seem to have thought of all the small details a visitor would need. The location is convenient and there is a large supermarket across the street! Some examples of items we used that are taken for granted in USA but not usual in a EU AirBnB: Smart TV, Ironing board, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, two sets of keys, multiple trash cans and extra trash bags, and extra seating. And not to mention the decorations were very nice and the water pressure was fabulous! This was by far the best apartment we stayed at during our multiple city trip.
− Two streets away there is a park that is a little sketchy. Police seemed to patrol the area at times. Despite all that, we felt very safe with our children. This was Madrid in June, so the a/c was working overtime and really only cools to desired temps once the sun goes down. Nights were very pleasant.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of vibrant Madrid.
9.0Gorgeous apartment, a short walk away from lots of attractions and several metro lines. Lovely modern decor, comfortable beds, great shower and everything you need for a visit to this amazing city. Worked very well for our family of 2 adults and 2 children and is located in a safe neighbourhood. Easy to book, with very clear and friendly communication from the host.
− The area is busy and noisy at night if you are sleeping in the living area. Lighter sleepers should use the bedroom!
