Limpio y bien organizado, perfecto para un finde de escapada

− Que había pasado la hora del checkin y no se habían puesto en contacto, estábamos en la puerta y sin poder entrar, tuve que llamar para solicitar la clave

Ubicación perfecta para comunicarte con metro y bus. Apartamento acogedor

− No nos gustó que no hay persianas en dos ventanas y entra mucha luz. Si para dormir necesitas oscuridad, necesitarías un antifaz

Arrogant rude unhelpful agents deliberately waste your time & leave you without keys /communication!

The small noisy apartment was clean and this is the only reason I give it 5/10.

− The agents of this property were amazingly rude and deliberately causing problems for me getting the keys. I explained that I was travelling without access to the internet and yet they demanded that I fill out an online form before they would provide me the code to the keys safe box. Why could they not do this administrative task prior to my travel? I spent hours waiting for access and sending repeated messages and phone calls most of which were unanswered by the unhelpful agents who suggested I was wasting their time. How arrogant! After I sent my passport number and simple details by text message they should have easily provided the code/keys. They would not send safe box code by text message or phone call which meant I only got it by phoning a friend and providing my email log in details over the phone. Furthermore they advertised the apartment as for four people whereas it is a 1-bed apartment with a sofa (not a second bedroom) in the small kitchen-living room. The apartment is nearby a very noisy school and people hang around your front door. They name this as a loft apartment but actually it is a basement apartment which is misleading. They would not allow me to check in early (at midday instead of 1400) unless I paid them money, even though I requested this two days before arriving. They advertise as for four people but there were not four plates. There was no TV for those might wish it. It is too small for four people. There was an iron but no ironing board. I cannot rate this more than five out of ten.

− Todo estuvo bien

Basic appartement buiten centrum

Met bus en metro prima verbinding met het centrum.

− Geen waterkoker. Pannen met ronde bodems. Te weinig handdoeken (1 handdoek voor 3 nachten). Vloer niet echt schoon. Naast een school.
