Apartament położony w genialnej lokalizacji z drobnymi wadami związanymi z faktu że jest w starej kamienicy.
8.0Lokalizacja jest po prostu genialna. Widok z okna na tętniący życiem plac. Cena jak na centrum Madrytu przystępna. Dobrze wyciszone wnętrze- mimo trwającej na placu imprezy z zamkniętymi oknami prawie nic nie było słychać.
− Minusem był brak funkcjonalności mieszkania. Duża przestrzeń ale spora część jest na andresoli pozostawiona jako pusta przestrzeń. Z kabiny prysznicowej dosłownie lała się woda, trzeba było bardzo uważać podczas użytkowania. Polityka wynoszenia przez gości śmieci pod groźbą kary kiedy śmietniki wystawiane są tylko w określonych wieczornych godzinach powoduje stres dla osób zatrzymujących się na krótki pobyt.
