5.0Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean.
− There were 3 big fragrance bottles in the toilet , and it still smells. Towels were smelly and worn. We had to use it, we aired it outside and happened to rain, so we asked for extra towels and host was nice to buy new small towels. Location was far to walk from shinjuku, only nearer to Yoyogi subway. The setting on booking.com allows the room to stay 4 pax, which is not possible as it only has 2 super single beds. The price i paid for this room could have booked a proper hotel beside Yoyogi station. My family of 4 couldn't fit and I have to find alternative stay last min.

Good location, bad apartment
1.0The location is the only good thing about this apartment
− In 7 days of using this apartment 1) huge sign in the entrance of the building saying apartment not allowed for Airbnb or renting 2) bathroom smells like mold and reeks with bad smell from sewer 3) tiny tiny tiny bathroom with no shower curtain making everything splash 4) hot water randomly stopped working and it took the owner 12h to fix 5) no amenities at all, only 3 towels for a full week! 6) 2 beds that don't fit 2 people on it 7) toilet leaking wasting ton of water 8) itchy beds for some reason

− There was a smell coming out of the toilet which may need to be checked by a plumber
Overall good stay
7.0The host, location, and apartment layout were great. It was easy to communicate and get around the area. I did not like the mold present in the bathroom and some parts of the room, and that we received the bedding, pillows, and towels slightly wet. I'm sure it was a simple oversight as the host has been very communicative and mindful.
