Great apartment as a base to go and discover Madrid.
9.0The apartment was very clean and well equipped. I was delighted. I had my breakfasts at the apartment, before going out to work.
− The street door goes open with a phone app. Very safe, but annoying if the system goes down, which happened once. I wasn't able to get in until a neighbour let me in.

− WHEN YOU ARRIVE LATE, NOBODY TO ASSIST YOU. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE NO CONNECTIVITY. LANGUAGE IS ALSO A HUGE BARRIER. THE IDEA OF PAYING 20 - 40 EUROS WHEN YOU ARRIVE AFTER 2000HRS IS ALSO RIDICULOUS.

9.0Location is good, not far from center, around 10 EUR if you call Uber. Small but well equipped, everything is very clean.
− The actual size is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos. The room seems to be a sectioned-off part of a larger house, so the soundproofing isn't great. After we brought it up, the landlord immediately communicated with the neighbors, and the issue was resolved immediately. The room is on the third floor, with no elevator, so those with elderly or mobility-impaired people should consider that. I brought two elderly people with me, so I had to carry three suitcases and two large bags up and down three times myself... it was quite a workout.
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with very good metro connections to the city center. It was clean, with new app
