The location was pretty good.

− Veey poor internet service. The wifi keeps dropping out and as soon as you walk from the back room to the deck it cuts out completwly. Smelt of dog. I couldn't sleep for the most part as it was intense. If you are sensitive to this, be aware. Note, we have my daughters dogs stay with us and they sleep in our bed,so I am not anti dogs but this apartment smelt terrible. We had to keep it aired almost all day. Heating /aircon unit did not work. My daughter solved the problem one evening by keeping the oven door open after we cooked our dinner to warm the place. Do I recall if we contacted management, no I don't but when you message someone on day 1 and hear nothing at all. Why would I waste more of my time. Nothing much supplied. We were 3 adults staying for 5 nights. Only 3 toilet rolls. One towel each and one set of tiny shampoo , conditioner, body wash for all of us for the stay. No washing detergent for the washing machine. Coffee machine but no pods. They could even have supplied something generic. So no basics like tea,coffee,sugar,salt,pepper .... nothing. Be prepared if booking this place you need to supply all of this. Thinking it will be a home away from home .... well it wasn't. I contacted the host when we got there and had absolutely zero response to my complaints of their false advertising and property misrepresentation. To top things off one night at apx 11.30 pm we had doorbell ringing. My daughter and I were asleep and hubby was watching TV (not loud at all. I am a light sleeper and back home I need to tell him to turn the volume down in the TV room, to be able to sleep. I was sleeping with the door open to the open living area). I was too scared to answer the call. How do I know that wasn't some lune? Apparently, there was a noise complaint. I don't know what they were complaining about and disputed it was us when the guy came upstairs to say keep quiet ....

We enjoyed the stay overall.

Location was a 10/10 When we had a leakage issue, they sent someone over immediately.

It’s an apartment – one per floor, meaning the building has 5 floors and 5 apartments. A cozy and private atmosphere. :) It’s spacious, with bedrooms far from each other. The view from the master bedroom is lovely, overlooking the Sagrada Família. The area is peaceful and quiet

− The kitchen tap is barely holding together. The radiator in the bathroom looks like it belongs in a prison.

Perfect place to stay. Feels like at home. the first time i didn't want to go out into the city 😁🤣👌🏻 everything in the apartment was great, and the city is visible from 4 balconies 🫶🫶🫶
