6.0The host very kindly allowed early check-in. check-in and getting the key was really fuss-free. the toilet and bath was newly installed and clean.
− The house itself feels a bit old, and after opening the futon it is quite a tight space. It would be nice to have some sort of hook or rack outside the shower to put clothing and towels. While I did know there was no elevator, the stairs are extremely narrow if you have a large suitcase. Also while the distance from the JR Koenji station was stated, it was quite a walk.
Great location, simple, bright room
6.0The location was great — 10 minutes from Koenji station. The room was nice and bright in the mornings.
− Not a knock against the place at all, but just be mindful that if you stay in the rooms above, the stairs are very narrow and steep and may not be the easiest to climb depending on your mobility.
