− Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The only real positive was the location, which was very convenient. The apartment was missing several basic essentials. There was no sponge, hand soap, or dish soap, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our stay. We also arrived to find only two towels even though our reservation was for four guests. I messaged the host asking for additional towels, but my message was ignored. However, when I asked about a late checkout, I received an immediate response saying it wasn’t possible. The cleanliness also fell below expectations. The bed sheets were dirty, and one of them had what appeared to be a blood stain. On top of that, the air conditioning worked very poorly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. Overall, this property has a great location, but the lack of cleanliness, missing essentials, poor communication, and ineffective air conditioning made for a disappointing experience.

7.0Location is great being so close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, Sagrada Familia, tram stop, bus stop and metro station. Plenty of things to see and explore in the area.
− The bathroom (shower, toilet, wash basin) was not all that great, crowded. The TV remote did not work and there was no smart apps (YouTube, Netflix, Prime etc. etc.) available on the TV to use.
