9.0Very clean, comfortable & a good location. Great to have a balcony.
− Had to climb over bed to reach the balcony & no chairs to sit on.
Very convenient for a stay in Sumida, only a small space but everything in Tokyo is.very secure with lots of restaurants
8.0It was very close to an event we were going to, lots of restaurants just downstairs. Very secure. Good instructions on getting entry.
− Could have done with another couple of pillows and somewhere to hang towels
