10.0Close to the station and office. We are Roppongi. Was able to cook. The balcony had long chairs and we could lounge. A very good setup.
− 4th floor. But also meant we had a nice view of skyscrapers.

− The unit was not clean, the unit was too tight for the amount of beds within the room. The beds very uncomfortable and the pillows not acceptable to use. The bunk bed was dangerous and had the screws popping out and rocked dangerously especially through the small earthquake we felt. Curtains didn’t close and being across from the embassy the lights shined into the room all night making it daylight all night. The balcony was not easily accessible with the shade sale at shoulder height, and view of the cemetery right at the back door. Was extremely uncomfortable and we did not want to stay and found suitable accommodation elsewhere. The door was left open for our arrival with the key left on the sink to collect. The way into the property was disgusting, floor black and sticky. The entire experience was not worth our time. Very poor accommodation.
