It was conveniently located and the staff was very responsive and helpful.

− When I arrived, there was a bad smell in the bathroom and mold in the shower room. The room I got also did not look like the pictures. However, the staff was very helpful and cleaned it up immediately.

There’s a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart nearby, so it’s quite convenient.

− 1. I don’t really like that this place is more than 10 minutes from the train station. When my feet hurt, it honestly feels quite far. 2. The water heater is very difficult to use. Because it’s winter, you need to adjust the temperature carefully. It’s quite troublesome to adjust, since the hot water is affected by the water pressure from the cold water side, making it very hard to get the right temperature. 3. The heating isn’t warm enough. I guess it’s because the air conditioning and the heating system are shared.

The location is very well situated and easy to reach from Nakano Station; the neighborhood has many things to do.

− The first picture i upload is the room they give me ,the rest of the pictures are the pictures of the place i booked The place was disappointing. I chose it because it looked so nice and beautiful in the photos, with orange tones, and it seemed well-equipped. When I arrived, none of that was there; it was a bare, undecorated, and quite depressing place. I felt cheated. Communication with the accommodation was good for what they wanted. I had a problem, and they told me to wait, that they would contact me. It's been a week since I left the accommodation, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Honestly, I would never go back. I found it disappointing, and I already filed a complaint with Booking.com while I was there.
