10.0There are two air conditioners, which is essential during the summer. One is located directly above the bed, and for me it was a bit too cold to sleep with, so I only used the one in the kitchen. Even then, I never felt hot, so the apartment stayed very comfortable. Although it's located right in the city center and the windows face the street, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. You can hear some street noise, of course, but the sound insulation is good and I had no trouble sleeping. The location is excellent. It's right in the heart of the city, very close to the Royal Palace and many of Madrid's main attractions. The people managing the apartment were also kind and helpful. Thank you!
