not happy with the rundown facility & host not disclosure of the un-cookable kitchen!

The location of the place is very convenient! The host provided a very detailed photo instruction of how to get from the train station to the place - Thank you! The place has a lift which was great for us to get to 5th floor with 4 suitcases.

− The place is advertised to have a kitchenette. but no pots, fry pans, utensil, most inconveniently -- NO knife to go with the fork!!! only a tiny little kettle to boil water for noodle cup. We arrived on New Year's eve as no place is open due to the new year holiday in Japan, we had to buy raw meat to cook, - only to find out nothing to cook with!!!! emailed the host - NO REPLY at all! All the hot taps were stripped off - can only use cold water to wash hands & cloth!! The host emailed me a day before our arrival to give millions of reasons for the missing hot tap then offer her husband to do the fixing, but nothing was done, then came another email explained the husband has no plumbing license... also something about the faulty dish washer, but there is NO SUCH THING of DISHWASHER whatsoever under the tiny kitchen bench... We stayed in 3 different places in Japan, this place is most expensive place with the worse equipment. The WORST of worse is the host DID NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO HAVNE POTS TO COOK THE NEW YEARS EVE DINNER. BTW, the place is overlooking a cemetery through its balcony which was never mentioned in the ADS. On the day we were leaving, the host sent another email about the plumbing job. -- happy to pass on to the BOOKING.COM to disclose to whoever is looking to book the place!! Some photos of the tiny kitchen, with no mentioned dishwash by the host, a very rough wall to your bed, and a balcony overlooking the cemetery. Thanks for your time to read through my comments! The location was excellent, and communication with the host was smooth. The host responded quickly to a few additional requests we had. With two of us staying, the extra space for our suitcases was very convenient.

− The building is a bit older, so you can occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors and the door rattling when the wind is strong.

De ligging was prima

− Er wordt geadverteerd dat er 5 bedden zijn en 2 slaapkamers. Het was een ruimte die verder niet geschikt is voor 5 personen. Het bestek, koffiemokken, glazen of aantal stoelen/ krukken was gericht op 2 personen. Ook de ruimte verder was niet geschikt voor 5 personen. Verder was het douchewater veel te heet en kon niet worden bijgesteld, ondanks contact daarover net de verhuurder.
