7.0Les informations et instructions pour le check-in et le checkout étaient très clair. L’établissement est plutôt bien placé (à 5 minutes du métro, 2 stations de Shinjuku) Lit confortable
− 5 étages à monter sans ascenseur et l’escalier est tres étroit, pas tres pratique pour monter les bagages. Dans mon logement je n’avais pas de rangement pour mes affaires personnelles

Location was ok, abit far for those who don’t like walking. But still 2 stations away from Shinjuku, it’s very nice. Ove
10.02 rooms are separated, pillow are comfortable. They even provided umbrellas during typhoon and heavy rain
− The stairs were really steep and we had a hard time moving up suitcases up

9.0地理位置挺好，中央总武线最近，东出口出来走大概8分钟，街区安静很少汽车等噪音。1户建改的民宿，把各层改成了独立单元。该有的设施多有。边上便利店，药妆店，食品店多有，买生活用品方便。房间打扫干净。去各个方向轨道交通方便。
− 因为是一户建改建，所以楼梯非常狭窄陡峭。如果有长者或腿脚不方便的人，不建议选择。如果是上面的楼层，爬上爬下很不方便，如果拎行李更麻烦。不是干湿分离的洗手间，加上狭小使用会不便。

4.0The room was spacious and I liked the balcony.
− There were mice or rats in the walls, at night I could hear them running in the walls and could even hear them squeaking. There were also no mirrors in the whole room apart from in the bathroom! Made it impossible to do my make-up or be able to see my outfit.
