− La cafetera no funcionaba porque marcaba luz roja de limpieza para seguir ultilizandola y no tenia la placa necesaria para limpiar. Uno de los veladores no andana...pero dos comentarios minimos a tener en cuenta el resto fue genial

3.0Location is near supermarkets. There are detergents for the dishwasher. There are iron and vacuum cleaner.
− They spam you week before the stay over WhatsApp. Regardless the messaging, we had to wait outside for the check in. And then paid for it. Noise in the apartment is terrible. Sunday night was party above us till 2 a.m. Owners didn't do anything and refused to compensate. They don't care that I must get up at 7 for work. The contract says I am here on business, not as a tourist. So I relied on that. Water from the bathtub gets to the floor when you flush it. No detergents for the washing machine. Luckily I brought my own.

4.0I liked the location very much. Yea there are homeless people areound at night and its not quite a popular street but irs very close to everything so I could wake up and take a walk through madrid.
− The bathtub only had warm water for 3 minutes then it was switching to cold water. I really wanted to chill when I arrived after being on the run the whole day, and that was veryy dissapointing.

− L appartamento è al piano terra su una strada molto frequentata, di fronte a locali notturni. Non è possibile aprire le finestre se non tenendo le serrande abbassate e soprattutto durante il fine settimana non si può dormire: le persone sotto la finestra parlano e urlano fino alla mattina presto. In generale si sentono tutti i rumori esterni ( inclusa pulizia notturna strada e carico rifiuti) ma anche quelli condominiali.
