Spacious and well located, helpful staff

The location is incredible, one minute walk to Meguro station. Spacious accomodations and convenient layout. For a very reasonable additional fee, I was able to use a parking space to park my car in the garage during my stay. The keep warm function on the bathtub is so lovely. Can't wait until the rest of the world figures this out. It's so civilized. The price I paid was a great value for the size and location. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and helpful supplies. The long term residents living and/or working in the building were friendly and it was easy to get to know them, hear their advice about the neighborhood, etc. NB, we spoke in Japanese, so this could be different for someone who doesn't speak the language. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, took time to speak with me, answer questions and assist with every detail.

− The unit I stayed in has been renovated fairly recently (maybe 3-5 years prior), but the original door heights from original construction (perhaps 60 years ago) haven't been raised. If you're taller than 175cm, you'll need to be careful not to hit your head on these lower doorways and openings. The mattress quality could be greatly improved. Parts of the bathroom/toilet/vanity have been redone fairly recently, but could use another redo to improve ventilation in such a humid environment. The quality and cleanliness of some of the furniture (living room sofa, for example) could be upgraded without major expense, and this would greatly improve guest comfort.

Good location and spacious unit

− Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen very small and nowhere to prepare food. Very little English spoken so check in wasn't straightforward. Low ceiling - if you're more than 5'10" be careful.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Juna, metro, kauppa ja ravintolat lähellä. Omistaja oli vastassa ja kertoi ystävällisesti asunnon käytänteistä. Megurojoki oli aivan lähellä ja upea kirsikkapuiden kukinta aikaan.

− Sängyt olivat erittäin kovat nukkua. Oleskelutilan sohva oli hyvin likaisen oloinen. Astioita oli niukasti kuudelle hengelle.
