ホテルは非日常感があって　逆に落ちつかない感があるけど いつもの空気感で　良かったです マイナス面は　夜中に隣がうるさかった事ですね だから　耳栓が用してあったんですね(笑) まあ　それを含めても　昔　田舎から　東京のボロアパートに　引っ越して来た事を思い出して 面白かったです

− さっきも書いたけど 夜中に隣の音が　結構　聞こえる自分は大丈夫だたけど　神経質な 人は　きついかもです なんか　もっと書いて　って リクエストが来たので続けます きのうの飲み会は　自分も含めて 下北沢に住んでて　音楽してたり 芝居してたり　そんな奴らが 集まった　久しぶりの飲み会でした あまりにも楽しかったんで 今後　定期的に集まる事になりました　もちろん　下北沢でです なので　飲み会の時は また　お世話になりたいと思います その時は　二部屋　予約かもです こんな長文　誰が読むのかな？(笑 なので　次回の時は　よろしく お願いします

Great stay in a brilliant location

Location was extremely convenient and incredibly quiet given its closeness to the railway station. As expected, the apartment was very small but was well laid out. Basic cooking facilities and a microwave, nice little fridge….but honestly we were never home to eat! Loads of fabulous places to eat, great shopping and Shibuya a couple of stops away. Great hot water, heating, good wifi. The landlord was quick to respond to emailed correspondence which was nice too. Overall a great stay in a wonderfully groovy community, you just can’t beat the location.

− The bunk beds were a little small and ricketty, you do need a degree of agility to get up and down, but after walking all day we both slept very well.

Well located budget accommodation- but whole apartment!

Great location. Budget apartment- everything you need and nothing more.

− The controls for the heating/air conditioning were slightly confusing- especially as the label in English wasn’t for the on off button to the heater but the on off to the timer (had to get it translated by a Japanese friend!)

Très bon emplacement. Facilement accessible. Propre. Machine a laver à disposition. Bien équipé.

− Pas d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Lit qui grince au moindre mouvement.

Simple Studio Apartment - Great Neighborhood

This is a simple studio apartment. The building is a little on the older side but is very clean nonetheless. We were pleasantly surprised how comfy the bunkbed was! It is definitely a tight bunkbed though so... more for the young and flexible when it comes to getting in and out 😅 Close quarters bathroom - but clean and good hot water. Location is great, very close to train station that takes you right into Shibuya. The Shimo-kitazawa neighborhood itself has loads of great restaurants and vintage clothing stores. You could easily spend a day just kicking around the area (and we did!)
