− No nos gustó nada el estado en el que se encontraba la ducha . El gresite estaba todo lleno de moho . Tuvimos q salir a comprar lejía y ponernos a frotar el gresite porque nadie quería ducharse en el estado en el que se encontraba .
Good enough Stay
6.0Location is great to get straight Gran Via and is surrounded by many shops, little grocery stores, restaurants, attractions, public transport etc. The place gets a lot of sunshine and is overall clean.
− Though the apartment was overall clean (and this is one of my personal hygiene peeves, especially in bathrooms), the grout in the shower stall was dark and dirty and could use regular deep cleaning. In terms of noise levels, I guess because the the apartment is in a side street close to Gran Via, there is NEVER a quiet moment, even until very early into the morning, which makes it difficult for light sleepers to get rest. In the summer months the apartment gets really hot and stuffy, so best to keep the air-condition on. Not related to the apartment itself but the building, was that for several days, a filled trash can was placed in the entry hall downstairs, which eventually started to stink horribly in the summer heat.

7.0Daniela, la trabajadora que te recibe es muy atenta y pendiente, te recibe con las habitaciones arregladas, aire acondicionado encendido, agua fría y una excelente actitud. El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación y decoración cuidada.
− Lo que NO te dicen antes de reservar: Si tu vuelo se retrasa, tu aerolínea cambia el itinerario, o simplemente llegas después de las 8pm, prepárate para pagar multas: 20€ (20h-22h), 30€ (22h-24h) y así sucesivamente. Esto no está claro antes de reservar en el anuncio — te lo notifican por mensaje después de reservar. Lo malo: En el baño moho negro visible, mal mantenimiento, y no soy el único que lo reporta — hay reseñas que señalan exactamente lo mismo. Un problema recurrente
