9.0Very good location to go in to the town, few underground stations nearby also the train station. Walking distance from Plaza Espana.
− Double bed is not a double bed - there are 2 single beds which are even not connected and they are falling apart.

7.0Very good location, close to many metro stations, easy to get around. Several supermarkets around. Enough towels, shower gels, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen.
− Strong smell in the apartment, as from broken pipes. Whole apartment needs some renovation. Broken tiles, beds could be more comfortable.

− Proprietatea necesită renovare totală ,patul din cameră nu a fost unul dublu a fost compus din două saltele,iar în camera copiilor paturile nu erau foarte confortabile ,totul era foarte vechi și venea un miros de canal în tot apartamentul .
