1.0− Beaucoup de problèmes dans ce logement : - Système d'ouverture de la porte défaillant, nous sommes restés coincés dans l'appartement ! C'est un système qui nécessite un smartphone et internet, mais qui fonctionne très mal. Je trouve ça choquant de ne pas proposer un système sans téléphone pour les personnes qui ne seraient pas à l'aise avec ça. Bien sûr, l'information est donnée après que la réservation eut été payée, pratique (et malhonnête !). De plus, le système ne fonctionne pas, nous avons dû le retirer après être restés bloqués dans l'appartement pendant plus d'une heure. - Pas de clés de secours dans l'appartement, obligation d'aller les chercher NOUS-MÊMES à 15 min à pieds. - Climatisation en panne dans certaines chambres. - Pas propre. - Propriétaire oppressant sur l'enregistrement, s'il manque une personne il envoie 5 messages.

− Equipement cuisine insuffisant pour cette capacité d’acceuil.... Table trop petite pour 12 personnes Mobilier ( chaise en particulier ) en mauvais état ou de mauvaise qualité. Climatisation impossible à régler ( tous les blocs de commande affichaient un message d’erreur ) Un deuxiéme jeu de clés ou bien une boîte à clés pour permettre au groupe de se partager lors d’activités différentes...

− No se pudo abrir la puerta externa del edificio, tuvimos que pedir el apoyo de un vecino Un sofá estaba manchado, le tomamos foto para que no nos culpen por eso

− Très bien pour nous qui étions 9 Des petits détails style grand miroir dans les chambres et penderie seraient les bienvenus Par contre à 9 la table de cuisine est trop petite Assez bruyant côté rue
