Great location but no seating. Not a single chair, table or desk in the whole place.

It was very clean and it had great Wi-Fi. Location is also excellent. I like that it had an elevator as well.

− There were a couple of things. First of all, there were the two twin beds and a sofa. There was absolutely nowhere to put your suitcases, except either on the bed or on the sofa. We chose to put them on the sofa. This left no place to sit in the entire unit. There was no table, desk or chairs. We ended up having to sit on the floor to eat our take out. We also had a bit of issue with the washer dryer. The directions were for an older washing machine unit so we didn’t have any idea how to use it. We determined after quite a long time that there was no heated drying. I gather this is pretty common in Japan, but we were not aware of it. I then found the hanging rack, but could not figure out where to hang it. We finally moved the beds away from the balcony window and got the balcony door open and hung it out there. It didn’t look like anyone has been on the balcony for months as it was very dirty. I’m not sure we were even supposed to go out there. After a couple days, I realize that we were supposed to hang it in the bathroom, but that wasn’t obvious at all. Lastly, the whole sorting the garbage issue. You’re threatened with a fine if you don’t sort it properly. However, there were only two bins, one for cans and bottles, and the second for unburnable plastics. There was no place for paper products or for food waste. We just set those things on the counter. We were then advised to just add it all into the other plastics bin. There was so many good things going for this place, but I can’t recommend it for the lack of seating and the confusing directions.

Location was very convenient as close to shop, convenience store, train stations. We stayed with 2 adults 3kids aged 12,11,10, enough space for us. Owner responded very quick whenever I contacted them. I’m very happy to stayed there and stay again when I go Shinjuku.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. was very clean, and our host had left a small thoughtful gesture for us. The apartment is spacious, and it is possible to divide it into two separate areas using partitions for more privacy. Everything is very clean, and the neighbors are lovely. An instruction manual is provided with clear and precise guidelines for using the apartment's equipment. We had a great stay. We highly recommend thịe nlace.
