7.0The property had excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic with great water pressure. We also appreciated having a washer available, which was very convenient. There was an amazing restaurant nearby, as well as a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, the location and amenities made for a great stay.
− I did not like that the room was not cleaned properly. It did not appear that the floor had been swept, and there was a noticeable amount of dust on the floor. In addition, the property had very limited amenities, which was disappointing.

Apartamento perfecto en Legazpi.
10.0El alojamiento estaba perfectamente equipado, a pie de calle, pero sin ruidos ni molestias. Teníamos café, cafetera y bollería al llegar. Hay una pequeña cocina y se puede cocinar perfectamente. Es un apartamento perfecto para unos cuantos días en Madrid, cerca del metro de Legazpi y también de Matadero. Está justo enfrente de un supermercado y el barrio es muy agradable y tiene de todo.
